2nd Annual 3BFest 2026, vendor and event information.

Hello 3BFest vendors, food trucks, bands, judges, and volunteers. Welcome to the 2nd Annual 3B Fest 2026. We appreciate all of you and are looking forward to a successful event.

Event info:

Saturday- September 26th, noon to midnight

Sugar Sand Distillery, 264 Henscratch Road, Lake Placid, Florida.

Setup times:

Food trucks by 9 a.m.

Vendors by 10 a.m.

Arrive on time so we can set up smoothly. We need to place food trucks first. Vendors who don’t wish to stay until midnight may begin breaking down once it gets dark.

Vendor spaces and what to bring: Each regular vendor space is 10 by 10. Please bring tents, tables, chairs, banners, generators, and anything else you need.

Layout and assignments: You’ll receive a layout with your booth number. We’ve separated similar vendors when possible so everyone has a fair shot.

Passes, admission, and parking: Each vendor gets three passes: one for the owner, two for staff working your booth. Additional staff passes are available at a discounted rate.

Spectator tickets are not discounted. General admission is $20 per person. Spectator parking is $10 per car. Cash or card accepted at the entrance. Vendors have priority parking. Additional spectator parking will be down the street with shuttles available.

Activities and sign-ups: Main activities include Battle of the Bands, Budtender Babe pageant, Blunt Rolling Contest, water slide, and an inflatable bull ride.

Be sure to also inquire about the Sugar Sand Distillery’s Eco-Tours that go on throughout the year not just at our event. The Rural Event Venue also has other musical events, performances and functions of all types to meet the needs of a variety of customers from the middle coast of Florida.

That’s where you can capture HGTV’s uplift with all the vintage feel in this quaint town. But most of all you don’t want to miss the music, spirits and best burgers in town The 301 has to offer.
